World Relief High Point/Winston-Salem envisions every local refugee and vulnerable immigrant welcomed by community, rooted in community, and empowered for community.
World Relief strives to provide opportunities for churches, groups, families, and individuals to come alongside immigrants, refugees and survivors of human trafficking who are in great need of love and acceptance.
In order to fulfill our mission statement, to empower the local Church to serve the most vulnerable, World Relief seeks to develop opportunities for people with a heart for serving vulnerable populations. World Relief works to stand for the vulnerable while educating the community on the mission opportunities in their neighborhood.
We strive to be a sustainable, holistic ministry of compassion and practical support. We look to the example of Jesus as we serve those who are suffering from injustice and poverty, regardless of color, gender, or belief. We value empowerment, cultural diversity, integrity, and mutually transformative relationship.
